Parking
There are 3-4 parking spots available directly in front of the space. Plenty of free street parking right outside the lot. We ask that you do not park in front of our neighbor’s offices.

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking 48 hours before the start time and receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled in under 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non refundable.

General Rules

Use of premises any time after the agreed period will incur overtime charges.

Each hour of Overtime shall be rounded up to the next hour.

Overtime payment must be made at the end of shoot.

Please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled booking time.

You will not be allowed to set up ahead of time.

Additional fees will be charged for beginning before schedule time or going beyond scheduled time.

To avoid additional fees, please be sure to be wrapped up and packed up by the end of your booking time. Set up and clean up is part of your booking time.

Damages will result in additional fees. The space must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages to the studio, furniture, props, and equipment during your booking may result in additional charges. Damage value fee may be assessed at the owner's discretion.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal equipment during your booking.

Production Companies must provide Certificate of Liability insurance and all necessary permits required by law to film/shoot prior to use of premises.

Any and all property brought onto the premises by the client, 
including set walls, wood, or any other art department debris, must be removed from the premises at the end of use of the premises under this agreement. Please let us know if you plan to bring any additional props on your own.

No food or drinks within each set, message directly if needed for shot.

No Smoking Inside. If needed for a shot, please message directly for fee to waive if possible.

Some furniture may be moved with permission. Ask upon shoot.

No Live guns and/or weapons. Props are okay.

For Pets, please contact us with details about your pet.

All Ages are allowed in the space.

Smoke machines are allowed.

Nudity is allowed however please inquire ahead of time.

There are plenty of outlets for electronics.

Warehouse space lights can be turned on and off.

Does the rental price include all the equipment I need to shoot?
No, we do not provide the essential equipment needed for most photoshoots such as cameras/lenses, computers, camera tripods. Additional photoshoot lighting can be rented for additional cost.

Will there be staff on site while I’m there?
Yes, there will be staff there to check you in and out of the facility. Staff area is separate from the photo set area so that clients have complete privacy during their shoots. There is a work area on the other side of the photo set area. It is walled off to ensure the privacy of our guests however there may be times where noises from working people may be heard. Complete privacy/silence can be provided upon special request.

How big is each set?
Our sets range from 10ft x 10ft to 12ft x 12ft in size
